

Experimental study on HEPA filters performances
Modern industrial development requires higher and higher environment quality in the process of experiment,research and production.The main way to realize this requirement is using of air filters in air-conditioning system where the high-efficient(HEPA) and ultra-efficient(ULPA) filters are the last line to defend dust particles to enter the cleaned room,its good and bad function is related to the room clean class directly,thereby affecting the production process and product quality.So it is of great importance to study.Under different wind speed,by determining the glass fiber filter and the PTFE filter fliteration efficiency to 0.3μm,0.5μm,1.0μm P.A.O sigmic,the two kinds filter resistance performance and filter performance were compared to.Result indicated that wind speed is an important factor to affect air-filter fliteration ratio,higher the wind speed,lower the fliteration efficiency,this effect is more obvious to PTFE filter.
