a) Frame: galvanized sheet or stainless steel;
b) Filter material: Impregnated non flammable glass fiber paper with a thickness of 0.9mm and a folded height of 35mm;
c) Sealing: Use synthetic resin to seal between the glass fiber and the metal frame. For nuclear grade primary filters, use radiation resistant and high-temperature resistant sealants such as organic silicone;
d) Gasket: a piece of elastic foam PVC (PVC) with a diameter of 5mm molded into a semicircle gasket of 1O × 7.5, and for nuclear grade primary filter, a sealed gasket of radiation resistant, high temperature resistant and self extinguishing type such as closed cell foam neoprene is used.
HEPA filters are designed for applications with continuous operating temperatures up to 500°F (260°C). with 99.99% efficiency on 0.3µm particles
